Zum Beispiel mit einem Bachelor 40plus. Es ist hochste Zeit, alters-, qualifikations- und motivationsentsprechende Bildungsformen und -inhalte zu entwickeln. Dieses Buch stellt Wege fur Unternehmen, Hochschulen, private Business Schools, Staat und Gesellschaft vor, auf denen altere und berufserfahrene Beschaftigte ihre Employability sichern und erweitern konnen.
