Der Begriff des Dopings wird dabei bewusst auÃŸen vor gelassen, um so den Pfad einer monokausalen Dopingdiskussion zu verlassen. Ziel ist es, erstens durch die Ausarbeitung einer normativen Diskussionsgrundlage Beobachtende und Beobachtete fÃ¼r die jeweils andere Situationsdeutung zu sensibilisieren. Zweitens die Beratungsform der Supervision fÃ¼r das Feld des Sports zu gewinnen und drittens die Praxis der Supervision mit Hilfe der habermasschen Theorie des kommunikativen Handelns zu verbinden.
