Die Ergebnisse dieser Arbeit verweisen sowohl auf die Bedeutung von Erwerbsarbeit für die Subjektivierungsformen der arbeitnehmerischen Mitte als auch auf neue Spannungen und Konflikte im Arbeitsprozess selbst.
