Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im europÃ¤ischen und internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht und im Europarecht. Markus P. Beham ist Privatdozent fÃ¼r Ã–ffentliches Recht, VÃ¶lkerrecht, Europarecht und Grundlagen des Rechts an der UniversitÃ¤t Passau und lehrt zudem an den UniversitÃ¤ten Graz und Wien. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im Ã¶ffentlichen Recht in seinen europÃ¤ischen und internationalen Dimensionen sowie in der alternativen Streitbeilegung. Patrick Abel ist Habilitand und akademischer Rat a.Z. an der UniversitÃ¤t Passau sowie Max Weber Fellow am EuropÃ¤ischen Hochschulinstitut, Florenz. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im europÃ¤ischen und internationalen Wirtschafts- und Umweltrecht sowie im deutschen und europÃ¤ischen Verfassungsrecht.
