Angelehnt an die bereits existierende Umwandlungsform der Verschmelzung schafft der EuropÃ¤ische Gesetzgeber erstmals ein geordnetes Verfahren fÃ¼r andere Umwandlungen. Mit dieser Anlehnung setzt sich jedoch auch die bestehende Problematik um die Auswirkungen auf die unternehmerische Mitbestimmung fort. Diese Untersuchung zeigt auf, wie die Vorgaben der Richtlinie im Wege der Umsetzung in nationales Recht optimiert werden kÃ¶nnen.
