Nach Überwindung der kommunistischen Herrschaft beschritt Albanien den Weg in die Europäische Union. Dabei ist Deutschland ein verlässlicher Partner. Im vorliegenden Band befassen sich Autoren aus beiden Ländern mit den politischen und wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen.
