Die Auswertung zahlreicher Materialien aus dem unverÃ¶ffentlichten NachlaÃŸ in der Nationalbibliothek Wien erschlieÃŸt die Genese eines Librettos unter dem Aspekt des Â«IneinanderarbeitenÂ» (Hugo von Hofmannsthal) von Librettist und Komponist. Dieser Blick in die Werkstatt der Librettistin erhellt das kongeniale Schaffen von Ingeborg Bachmann und Hans Werner Henze. Eine Inszenierungsstatistik rundet die Darstellung ab.
