In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wurde zum ersten Mal ein kombiniertes Interventionsprogramm aus personenzentrierten und verhaltenstherapeutischen Maßnahmen in Form von Gruppenseminaren gegen übermäßigen Alltagsstreß entwickelt und empirisch überprüft. Persönlichkeitsvariablen wurden ebenso erhoben wie Helfer- und Interventionsvariablen. Auf Grund der statistischen Auswertung dieser Daten konnte nachgewiesen werden, daß sich die durchgeführten Streßbewältigungsseminare auf Personen mit deutlicher Alltagsstreßbelastung (ohne starke psychische oder physische Beeinträchtigungen) als sehr hilfreich auswirkten.
