Long-arm statutes sind Gesetze der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, welche die internationale Zuständigkeit (territorial jurisdiction) der dort ansässigen Gerichte regeln. Die vorliegende Arbeit systematisiert die unter long-arm statutes eingeordneten normativen Bestimmungen und gibt einen Überblick über ihre historische Entwicklung.
