Ausgehend von Ergebnissen der Â«Expressed EmotionÂ»-Forschung wurden in der vorliegenden Studie die Interaktionsmuster in Familien mit einem schizophrenen Mitglied und in Kontrollfamilien systematisch beobachtet und sequenzanalytisch evaluiert. Ein Vergleich mit den im Interview geÃ¤uÃŸerten Einstellungen der AngehÃ¶rigen ergab: Konstruktiv-fÃ¶rdernde ProblemlÃ¶seprozesse anstelle gegenseitiger Kritik kennzeichnen das emotionale Klima in Familien von Patienten mit gÃ¼nstigem Verlauf; dagegen entstehen in Familien von Patienten mit hÃ¶herem RÃ¼ckfallrisiko lÃ¤nger andauernde, sich negativ aufschaukelnde Interaktionszirkel. Bei der RÃ¼ckfallprÃ¤vention kommt es deshalb besonders darauf an, negativ eskalierende Interaktionen, an denen Patienten und AngehÃ¶rige gleichermaÃŸen beteiligt sind, zu verhindern und Kommunikationsformen zu unterstÃ¼tzen, die auf der Basis gegenseitiger Akzeptanz auf die gemeinsame LÃ¶sung aktuell auftretender Probleme gerichtet sind.
