Dieses Buch analysiert die betriebswirtschaftliche Bedeutung von Netzzugangsleistungen für Telekommunikationsnetzbetreiber und zeigt auf, wie Kostenrechnungsmethoden und -modelle eingesetzt werden können, um Netzzugangspreise zu bestimmen. Hierbei werden neue Erkenntnisse zur Höhe der Kapitalkosten der Deutschen Telekom sowie zur Beurteilung der Kostenorientierung der in Deutschland seit Ende 1999 geltenden Preise für Interconnection-Leistungen und die Teilnehmeranschlußleitung gewonnen.
