Christian Kuhlmann vergleicht drei Bundesländer bezüglich ihres bildungspolitischen Umgangs mit der Leistungsvergleichsstudie PISA 2000 auf dem Gebiet der Ganztagsschulentwicklung. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die Annahme verbesserter bildungspolitischer Entscheidungen nicht nur kritisch zu sehen ist, sondern dass die Nutzung von Leistungsvergleichsstudien die bestehende bildungspolitische Handlungslogik auch verstärken kann.
