Der erhaltene Ezechieltext des Papyrus 967 wurde bislang nur in Teilpublikationen verÃ¶ffentlicht und wird in der Leseausgabe erstmalig am StÃ¼ck zugÃ¤nglich. Die hebrÃ¤ischen und griechischen Texte sind synoptisch korrespondierend in relativ kurzen Zeilen organisiert. Auf diese Weise sind - da in der griechischen Ãœbersetzung in der Regel die hebrÃ¤ische Wortfolge und die Satzstruktur genau nachgeahmt wurde - Unterschiede zwischen den beiden Textfassungen gut erkennbar. In Anmerkungen sind die wichtigsten FÃ¤lle ausgewiesen, in denen alle anderen griechischen Handschriften vom Text der ""Leithandschrift"" LXX967-Ez abweichen. Verzeichnet sind zudem FÃ¤lle, in denen die Ezechiel-Handschriften vom Toten Meer einen anderen Text als MTL haben, die Qere-Lesarten und die (seltenen) FÃ¤lle von Schreibfehlern im Papyrus. Das Buch ist ein wichtiges Hilfsmittel fÃ¼r die ErschlieÃŸung der ezechielischen Texte in Bezug auf Textentstehung.
