Nicht nur die Personen im Staatsschutz, sondern auch die einzelnen innen- und auÃŸenpolitischen Gegebenheiten der Staaten spielten eine Rolle. Die Studie zeigt, dass der gewÃ¼nschte, vollstÃ¤ndige Bruch mit dem alten NS- bzw. faschistischen Strafrecht auch bedingt durch die PersonalkontinuitÃ¤t der Staatsschutzreferenten nicht vollzogen wurde.
