Die fachbezogenen Reflexionsprozesse der Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten werden hinsichtlich verschiedener Arten von Reflexion beschrieben und unter dem Begriff der Interimsdidaktik systematisiert. Dabei handelt es sich um ein dynamisches und situatives Wissenssystem, das Aufschluss Ã¼ber handlungsleitende ReprÃ¤sentationen fachdidaktischen Wissens gibt und fÃ¼r Professionalisierungsprozesse genutzt werden kann.
