Anforderungen des Amtes können mit den Interessen der Person in ein konstruktives Verhältnis gebracht werden. Wesentliche Leistungen für die Bewältigung des Amtsparadoxes erbringt die Struktur, in der das Handeln unterschiedlicher Ämter koordiniert wird. Am Ende erweist sich das Amtsparadox nicht nur als Problem, sondern auch als produktives Moment für das verfassungsstaatliche Ämterwesen.
