Anhand Vermeers Arbeit mit der camera obscura, der Bilder der camera lucida, Diderots Wahrnehmungstheorie, Freuds Mikroskopie, der BildrealitÃ¤ten der Nanotechnologie wie der Neurowissenschaften entwerfen die Autoren kritische Perspektiven auf technische Bilder jeseints der evolutionÃ¤ren Logik eines Technikdeterminismus.
