Pioniere in Ingolstadt

By (author) Marieluise Fleisser, Edited by David Horton

| book description |

The Manchester German texts series has been devised in response to recent curricular reforms at school and undergraduate level. A major stimulus to the thinking of the editorial board has been the introduction of the new A level syllabuses. The Manchester editions have accordingly been designed for use in both literature and topic-based work, with the editorial apparatus encouraging exploration of the texts through the medium of German. In addition to the features normally included in an advanced modern languages series, the editions contain a new distinctive section entirely in German called the Arbeitsteil. It is envisaged that the Manchester editorial approach, in conjunction with a careful choice of texts and material, will equip students to meet the new demands and challenges in German studies.
